The guide (Nazim) and driver (M) provided exemplary service. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and most definitely made the tour worthwhile. The guide was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. And, the driver was skilled and able to maneuver through the traffic with ease. Both were great! We will be booking with them again in the future, on our next visit.

Enjoyed monorail and being able to see The Palm. Good commentary. Excellent guide. Tour start was delayed by 45 minutes as we joined a tour that was already in progress.
