What is included in your tours?

As a rule of thumb our tours include complimentary pick up in all major hotels,shopping mall, round trip transportation and professional tour guides.

Do I have to use passport on your tours?

There is no need for passport on most of our tours. Bus some might we will advise you for those excursions take you between countries where standard regulations regarding passports apply.

What should I take with me on your tours?

You only need to take the most basic personal belongings with you for our day tours. A good idea is to bring a fanny-pack or a small backpack, but by no means is that a requirement. 

What languages do your offer on your tours? 

Our day tours and excursions are by default guided in new more than 10 languages. However, we have several tours that for Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Russia & Korea… Click each tour to see what language apply.

How will I receive my tickets?

When you have completed the booking process there will be an electronic ticket on your screen that you can print out. You will also receive an e-mail with a voucher that you can print out.

How does pick up and drop off work?

We ask our passengers to be ready for pick up in front of hotel or house 30 – 45 minutes before scheduled departure of their tour in Emirates & Oman.

Gray Line shuttle busses collect passengers from hotels bring them to Gray Line Bus Terminal in Dubai (Metro – Dubai Internet City), which is the main departure location for our sightseeing tours.

For Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Fujairah, Salalah, Ras Al Khaimah we pick up from your hotel.  

Your electronic tickets and e-mail voucher contain detailed information on pick up and drop off. 

What are your pick up locations?

Also at Dubai the Grayline Terminal (Metro – Dubai Internet City) 

When is my pick up & drop off? 

Pick up for tours starts 30-60 minutes before scheduled departure of tour. 
We ask our passengers to be ready for pick up in front of hotel or house 30 minutes before scheduled departure of their tour. 

Returning from tours passengers are dropped off at the hotels or guest houses they were pick up from or major shopping mall. Please check each tour conditions as drop off changes from one tours to the other.

Is smoking allowed on board your coaches? 

Smoking on board our coaches is strictly prohibited.  

What should I wear on your tours? 

Weather in Emirates & Oman is generally very good climate but very hot in summer & mild in winter.
We advise you to keep always a light sweet shirt in both seasons.

Air Conditioning is always strong everywhere.

Are meals included in your tours? 

Meals are only included in full day tours. However each tour has different inclusions please check.
Consumption of food or beverages on board our coaches is prohibited.

Why does the currency change at checkout?

Though you can select to view your tours in your native currency for ease of reference, the final transaction will be processed in USD or AED. This will display in the “Total cost” section on your purchase page. The approximate currency conversion shown is based on current information from multiple public sources. Please be aware that the actual conversion rates utilized by your card issuer or bank may vary from these public sources.
