The booking form needs to have a space for my what's app no. And my address for pick up.This would have avoided the very stressful mix up with driver not able to contact me.I woke early 6am for early pick up 7:30am. But because of the mix up with drivers no. And him not receiving my location pin. I was very stressed to start my day.I was eventually picked up about 8:30am. The driver was excellent he gave us information about local sites as we passed. The audio was excellent very informative. The tour was exactly as promised. The stops were great. The barj was excellent well worth the walk and lots if waiting time. About an hr. Pre purchased ticket was great.Thanks Tricia

Easy to book and easy to follow the instructions . Pick up and drop off at our hotel. Good pre recorded information.Excelent tour , I strongly recommend if you have short time or don't want to be concern where and how to go to the places. Learnt even more from our driver Suhail , very punctual , friendly and professional , that gave to us a lot of informations about Dubai . Highly recommend.

Easy to book. Pick up and drop off at our hotel. Good pre recorded information. Learnt even more from our driver Suhail.To make it 5 stars, selecting your hotel pick-up at booking would reduce the need for extra communication.
