- CANCELLATION: Cancel Free of charge Up to 72 hours from the date of service local time, after that full charge.
- AGE CRITERIA: Age limit for any passenger will be above 5 years to less than 70 years (less than 5 years and more than 70 years passenger will not be allowed to fly)
- WEIGHT: Maximum weight for any passenger will be 120kgs (if exceeds then two tickets need to be purchased). If the guest doesn’t pay the additional overweight charges on the site- the invoice for the same would be raised to the company.

Tour start: Our tour will start at 6Hrs, but pick up is 30-60 minutes before.
Pick up: Gray Line will pick up its customers in most of the major hotels. The pickup time varies between 1 hour to 15 minutes before the start of the tour. We will confirm with you one day earlier at a precise time by email.
Drop off: After the tour, our vehicle will drop off the passengers back at the hotel.
Please contact us by Call or Whatsapp on 0097142340811 or email us at [email protected] (24-48 hours ahead of time to receive your pick-up time). Hotel pick-up may be as early as 1 hour prior to tour start time and be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time provided
