As a rule of thumb our tours include complimentary pick up in all major hotels,shopping mall, round trip transportation and professional tour guides.
There is no need for passport on most of our tours. Bus some might we will advise you for those excursions take you between countries where standard regulations regarding passports apply.
You only need to take the most basic personal belongings with you for our day tours. A good idea is to bring a fanny-pack or a small backpack, but by no means is that a requirement.

Gray Line shuttle busses collect passengers from hotels bring them to Gray Line Bus Terminal in Dubai (Metro – Dubai Internet City), which is the main departure location for our sightseeing tours.
